After days of the app not working on my phone, an update of Google Chrome oddly fixed it. Before that, every time I tried to click on tickets, I got a page that said, "Sign-in is required to view this page," even though I was signed in. The first day, the waitlist button didnt work. Now it does but it is still a pain how it doesnt show up until it's time to waitlist. I've never had this many problems with their app. It's been a mess for me.

This is the worst app I've used in a long time. It's not even an app, it's a browser window. The UX for the button to wait-list is terrible, the button is hidden and you can't find it until 2 hours before. They should have it disabled not hidden so people can find it. The app also does not have ux flows that make any sense to a user. Scroll bars are sometimes fully hidden. The tab you don't want is usually the default chose. My friends and I have to walk every single person through it becauseit'

I've been attending the festival for 27 years now, absolutely worst app experience ever. Waitlist used to be easy on this app but not anymore. Keep getting thrown off, can't join a waitlist, can no longer link family and friends for waitlist numbers. I've been to the Sundance org website to update payment information as recommended, nothing seems to work.
